Give your child the tools to stay safe and confident!
This two-week mini-course helps kids ages 9–12 learn awareness, boundaries, and simple self-defense strategies in a fun, age-appropriate setting.
Cost: $40 — and you can bring a friend for half-off ($20) when both are purchased together at checkout!

The Kids Self-Defense & Safety Mini-Course teaches children practical, real-world skills to help them recognize unsafe situations and make confident decisions.
Over two one-hour sessions, kids will:

• Recognize unsafe people and situations
• Understand intuition and how to trust it
• Learn to use strong voices and confident body language
• Set healthy boundaries and say “No” assertively
• Avoid common distractions, lures, and tricks
• Practice simple, effective physical movements for personal safety

This program focuses on awareness, communication, and prevention first, then introduces easy-to-learn self-protection concepts — no martial-arts experience needed.

Bill Stedman is the owner of Safe Milwaukee Self Defense and has been teaching self-defense, violence prevention, CPR, and crisis-response training for more than 13 years.
He is also a career firefighter/paramedic with nearly three decades of front-line emergency experience, giving him a unique understanding of real-world safety and personal protection.
Bill’s teaching style is calm, practical, and empowering — helping kids build confidence while learning that their voice, awareness, and choices are their first line of defense.
