Meditation Journey at The Argonaut

with the 4th of July this Friday I will be hosting our Friday meditation Thursday at The Argonaut instead! Come join me for a pre holiday meditation and bring yourself into balance before the festivities of the 4th!

Every meditation is a one-of-a-kind journey. Intuitively guided by the energy of the group, our higher selves, and the sacred moment we’re all sharing.
I weave my background in Reiki, shamanic energy work, and intuitive guidance to create a container that allows you to:

YOU help co-create the magic — simply by showing up as you are.
