Our goal is for you to leave the class feeling informed, empowered and confident in your ability to give birth! By providing up-to-date information about labor and delivery, we hope to equip you with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions before and during labor.Class Length: Two sessions, 4 hours each**Scheduling Note: Our Childbirth Prep: 2 sessions class takes place over two sessions. When registering, you will only see listings for the first session; however, the second session is automatically included in the registration and will take place on the dates noted below. The two sessions can either be offered on Two Separate Days or both on One Day with a 30-minute break in between sessions. When registering, you will only see listings of the first session; however, both sessions are automatically included in the registration fee. Some formats offer extensive discussions and active participation, while others provide a more condensed overview.: This online class will be taught over the course of four 2-hour sessions, totaling 8 hours. This online class will be taught in two 2-hour sessions, totaling 4 hours.
