Tantra Meditation is a sacred space to explore the essence of Tantra through the art of meditation. Whether you are an experienced tantrika or newly curious, you are warmly welcome to practice with us.
 
Each month, we explore a new set of methods designed to expand your consciousness, awaken your energy system, and deepen your experience of life.
 
These sessions invite you into a dance with polarities — activation and integration, movement and stillness, sound and silence, inhale and exhale, turning inward and opening outward — all as doorways into deeper presence and understanding of self, others, and the universe in all its contradictions.

This is not about transcending or escaping life — but about arriving more fully into it. Tantra teaches us to celebrate the richness of the human experience, every flavour of it. Through guided meditations, you’ll learn to:
 
Drop into the body to feel more alive, grounded, and vibrant
Expand your emotional capacity and feel safe to feel
Activate the senses and attune to the pulse within and around you
Deepen connection to yourself, to others, and to all that is
Use breath, sound, and movement as pathways into the subconscious
Balance the polarity within your masculinity and femininity
Connect your primal instincts (root chakra) and spirituality (crown chakra)
 
The meditations and methods shared are rooted in the teachings of Master Osho and globally renowned Tantra Teacher Ma Ananda Sarita, honoring a lineage that blends ancient Tantra with deeply embodied, contemporary awareness.

All meditations are designed to be practiced individually, some with optional partner work for those who wish to explore in connection. Whether solo or shared, it is a powerful experience either way.
