Your body remembers everything you’ve been through. Unlike the mind, the body doesn’t build walls or endless stories, it holds lived experience on a deeper level. That’s why intentional free-flow movement can be so powerful: it helps release what’s been held inside and gently opens space for new ways of moving, feeling, and relating to yourself and the world.

This movement journey is an invitation to:
- Connect more deeply with your body and yourself
- Release what you're ready to release
- explore new ways of moving, feeling, and responding
- Connect with others in a playful, gentle, natural way
- Allow your body to move the way it wants to move 
- Simply be and enjoy yourself

Inspired by Dance Movement Therapy practices, this journey will take you from gentle body awareness and self-exploration into playful connection with others  and authentic expression of yourself.

You'll leave feeling lighter, freer, more at home with yourself, and surprisingly alive.

No choreography. No performance.
Just bring your curiosity, comfy clothes and a willingness to let your body move freely, at a pace that feels right for you.
