Mandala Sounds is a meditative art and sound healing experience in the unique ambience of the Om Dome, designed to help you slow down, focus the mind, and connect with your inner state through gentle creation.

You will be guided into a simple, non-technical approach to mandala drawing or colouring — no artistic experience is needed. The focus is not on perfection, but on presence — allowing shapes, colours, and patterns to emerge naturally as a reflection of your inner world.

Through a short intention-setting meditation, you will connect with what you wish to cultivate or release, either silently or by sharing into the group. From there, you will enter a longer period of creative flow, supported by live sound healing. As the sound unfolds, you will either create your own mandala or colour a pre-made design using a range of materials including pencils, pens, coloured pencils, crayons, and oil pastels.

This experience supports relaxation, focus, emotional processing, and meditative awareness through the combination of sound and creative expression.

The session includes a gentle arrival with sound, brief guidance and intention setting, an extended period of sound-supported mandala creation, and a closing reflection with optional sharing.
