Women's Self-Defense Class {FREE}

Join Master Boltz, 7th degree Black Belt and his team, for an informative, enlightening, practical and FUN class on basic and effective self-defense principles and practices.

We will cover mindfulness/awareness, avoidance, how to react or escape specific situations, and we will practice and try out some useful strikes and escape techniques.

Mark your calendars and make it an afternoon with the girls! So don't forget to invite your friends!

There is no charge for this event and is offered as a service to the awesome, strong women of our community. ♥️💪🏼
