Pilates in the Park!

Join Gloria with Mobile Body Physical Therapy for a free Pilates/fitness class in the park!

Who: Anyone and everyone is welcome. Modifications are available for exercises. Please let Gloria know prior to class if you have specific needs/injuries!

What to bring: mat, towel, and water and a friend!

When: 7PM Thursday July 17th.

Cost: FREE
