About the class
-Class will start at 6:30, so please arrive at least 15 min early.
-This is an all levels vinyasa class set to music in a slightly heated room.
-Class is 60 mins
Additional
-Class if freee as always, but a donation for the Pittford Food Cupboard is strongly encouraged! I will collect items before class and handle dropping them off to the Food Cupboard.
-Parking lot is in the back of the studio, walk around the building to enter through the front once parked!
