What is Sacred Energy Healing?

Sacred Energy Healing is a 2-hour trauma-informed, embodied healing experience that supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep reconnection to self for a maximum of 12 participants.
Rooted in ancient shamanic wisdom and proven energy practices—including Reiki, Kundalini Activation Process (KAP), breathwork, and somatic facilitation—this work invites participants out of their heads and into their bodies, where true healing, clarity, and transformation live.
Rather than forcing change or fixing what's "broken," this experience creates a safe, intentional container where what's ready to move can unfold organically. Through intention, breath, intuitive touch, and deep rest, stagnant energy releases and life force energy reawakens. Participants reconnect with the energy, clarity, and inner power that's always been within them—and simply remember their wholeness.

Who is Lulu?

She has spent the past two decades guiding women through life-changing experiences—from empowerment retreats around the world to sacred energy journeys that help people reconnect with their truth, power, and purpose.
I'm a certified yoga teacher trained extensively with Caroline Wybar, specializing in Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra. I'm also a Shamanic Reiki Master and Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) Facilitator, certified through Liberated Energetics' comprehensive Sacred Energy Facilitator training—a trauma-informed program that integrates breathwork, chakra balancing, shamanic practices, and energy activation.
