The King’s Table: Uncorked begins at 8 p.m. Tickets are $100 per person and include the six-course dinner, wine pairings and live music.

Dry-rubbed pork rib, smoked pork belly, charred peach, celery root, deep-fried mac & cheese, Memphis BBQ gastrique
Paired with Red Schooner Malbec

Mississippi Catfish
Cornmeal-dusted, smoked tomato, hoppin’ John, Graceland’s tartar sauce
Paired with Emmolo Sparkling No. 9

Cured Lamb T-Bone Steak
Mustard greens risotto, grilled corn purée, pickled blackberry gremolata
