Couples Yoga Paint & Sip

Come practice with a partner to support each other in poses to enhance posture, build trust, and communication. Traditionally, yoga is an individual practice. It’s an opportunity to stretch, breathe, and focus on your mat in the present moment. However, practicing yoga with another person, whether that be a friend, partner, or significant other, can have its own unique benefits ✨

Join me for a 45-60min couples or partner yoga class. Couples yoga can have a positive effect on your relationship that extends far beyond the physical. From stretching your individual level of trust to strengthening your communication skills and intimacy. ✨

Please bring your own mat!

Afterwards, we will end the night with hors d’oeuvres, wine, socializing, and painting. ✨
