Unless a guest instructor is specified, Kat Gordon (founder of Muddy's Bake Shop) is the primary instructor for all hands-on baking classes. Any class with more than 5 students also has a 'sidekick' assisting instructor.What about cancellations? Classes are small and space is limited, so all ticket sales are final. If you cannot make it to your class, you may gift your ticket to a friend.
