Where Stillness Anchors and Energy Alchemizes - Through long-held, gentle, and fully supported postures, we soften into the body’s connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and create space for peace to unfold.

As you rest in these supported stretches and shapes, you are given the option to receive Reiki—a Japanese healing technique that channels universal life energy—works to assist in clearing energetic blockages and support healing on a subtle, somatic, subconscious level.

You’ll be gently guided to tune into your body, notice where tension or tightness is stored, and invite deep release and integration. This practice helps generate a greater sense of safety, increases your connection with your body, offers grounding and encourages peace.
