We suggest arriving a little earlier to sign in etc.  If you would like to help load up, please arrive by 9.30am. 
We are pruning and weeding in the Southern African and Mediterranean Gardens.    A few plants need a light prune such as lavender and the old flower heads on proteas require cutting back etc.  
Any contribution of your time will be greatly appreciated. You can really make a difference by helping to in these gardens. 
Meet and sign-in at the MBG Depot and Plant Nursery, 21 Williams St near the corner of Williams Street and Tullidge Street before going to the work area.  
Please ensure you wear appropriate clothing and closed-in footwear for gardening which includes long pants.   Please bring your own gardening gloves and try to wear your own hi-vis top.   Please bring your own water bottle. 
We will have morning tea following the activity.   For catering please let us know if you are coming .
The Nursery is also open from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
