SSI Stress and Rescue

The SSI Stress and Rescue Course (including Junior rating) is an intensive programme to develop your range of skills in self rescue and the rescue of others. The course is made up of essential Knowledge Development, Rescue Exercises and 2 Rescue Scenarios

All skills are developed and practised in confined water (pool) before the final session in open water..

This course is ran over a number of weeks (pool) with the final part of the course being completed in open water session to apply all of the skills learnt and complete a number of rescue sceanarios

27th Sept & 4th Oct 15:00 - 20:00
2nd Oct - 19:00 - 21:00

ReAct:Right: 21st Sept 09:30 - 17:00

Open Water: 12th Oct - 08:30 - 17:00
