- **Event Description**: As many of you are aware, we have been running a free coffee morning on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, from 10am until 12pm.

The main objective of the morning is to offer a friendly environment where we can support people who may be lonely or isolated, support people with their mental well-being, support people suffering from bereavement and, generally, offer a place where people can feel safe and comfortable for a couple of hours and enjoy a chat over a nice cuppa and a biscuit.

We would love to see you there is you are free - and please, tell your friends, as everyone is welcome. If you know anyone who is struggling with loneliness or bereavement or just wants someone to talk to, tell them about our mornings; we would love to see them.
