All routines have multiple intensities so you can build your workout around your fitness level.If you take part in any of Michelle, Sarah or Hayley's regular sessions, you should already have completed a PAR-Q medical form. If this will be your first session with any of us please ensure you have filled out this PAR-Q form before the day.What to expectThis awesome event has been set up by Melton Mowbray Clubbercise instructor, Michelle. Assisted by Sarah, who also teaches in Melton and Hayley of Clubbercise Rutland with Hayley. We are raising money to support Mesothelioma UK, the charity who provided so much support to Michelle's dad and the rest of the family before he lost his battle in 2024. Grab your glow sticks and join us for 2 hours of Clubbercise bangers whilst supporting this very worthy cause.
