As the seasons gently shift you’re invited to step into a sacred pause - a retreat of deep rest, reflection, & renewal in honour of the Autumn Equinox. 

This is a time to slow down, release what no longer serves you, & create space for balance as we transition into the quieter half of the year. 

Together we’ll journey through an extended deeply nourishing yin yoga practice, open the heart space with ceremonial cacao, & awaken our inner rhythm through grounding resonance & gentle healing of reiki drumming. 

As daylight fades you’ll be cocooned in silk hammocks for a soul soothing candlelit floating sound bath, guiding you into profound relaxation & stillness. 

Come exactly as you are & leave feeling lighter, grounded, & deeply connected to yourself.
