Are you already to reactivate the Inner Spring within you?
Do you want to feel a renewed sense of optimism, confidence and connectedness?
Spring is here and it’s time to rise up with the sun and step into the light of new beginnings. It’s time to reclaim spring’s energy of hope, light, growth and new opportunities with the return of the sun.
As we leave the embrace of winter we now prepare to give life to the ideas that have been cultivating within.
This workshop is a celebration of the spring festival of balance where the light and dark are briefly of equal length, before the light increases and the days grow longer than the nights. The wheel of the year is symbolically sliced in half as the days and night are more equally balanced.
This workshop is for women only to come together and share, feel supported and nourished.
We will use powerful techniques to release what no longer serves you, activate your inner goddess so you can blossom with the spring and emerge as your most enlightened self.

Come and join us in ceremony, self-awareness, rituals and an easy yoga session to cleanse, heal and balance your body, soul and spirit to regenerate powerfully within the extraordinary energy of spring.

The day will be run by Anne Bird, Women’s life Coach (www.annebird.com) and Rachel Charlesworth, Yoga Teacher, Body Buddha


Tickets includes a Vegan lunch and glass of the Hanwell Wines finest!

Event details:
9.45am Arrival, welcome drinks and refreshments.

10am Start. We will start with a short talk from Anne Bird, life coach, about what is your inner Soulshine with an intention for the day. A brief ceremony celebrating all the new beginnings Spring can bring!

10.15am. Guided meditation and easy sun Salutation Nurturing Flow yoga session by Rachel Charlesworth, Yoga Teacher (Body Buddha.)
Sun Salutations are a great way to energize the body in the morning. ... These Sun Salutations will improve blood circulation, purify your blood, and strengthen the physical body. The lungs, digestive system, as well as muscles and joints will all benefit from practicing Sun Salutations and set you up for the wonderful day ahead.

11am. Release ritual and Balance workshop.
A chance for you to Spring clean your mind and connect to what no longer serves you. You will learn to let go and surrender, to clear out your winter baggage to allow your inner soulshine to come forward.
Spring is the festival of balance and in this session we will use powerful techniques to enable you to look at the balance in your lives ,between your dark and your light, giving to others and ,self-care, work and social life balance , masculine and feminine energies.
Time to record and share insights.

12.15-1pm. Lunch and a brief talk about Reiki healing.

1pm -1.45. Walk through the beautiful and peaceful surroundings of Hanwell estate, by the grape vines and the complete some refreshing breathing exercises down by the lake.

145.2.45 Yoga dynamic flow session to activate your mind and spirit and its connection with the body. Run by Rachel.
This dynamic style of Yoga has both physical and mental benefits. Physically sweet releases toxins and re-energises our bodies. Mentally, the synchronised breathing relaxes the chatter of the mind and helps to release a blockage of energy flow throughout the body.

2.45-3.15. Tea break

3.15 to 4pm. Intention and seed setting ritual.
Time to connect with your future hopes, dreams and desires, planting them and allowing them to then grow.
You will create your own plant pot of new possibilities and take home to watch it grow and bloom!

4pm End of Day.

Please ensure you bring wellies ,warm coats and comfortable clothes to change into for the yoga session.
