R.E.A.C.T. Women's Self-Defense Workshop

In this course you learn:
- How predators operate and what they look for in their victims.

- How to prevent a potential attack by using the proper body language in how you present yourself.

- How to engage an attacker with the proper verbal skills to prevent a potential attack.

- How to control the unavoidable rush of adrenaline you get during a potential attack.

- When and how to execute the simple, preemptive strikes that are necessary in an attack

- How to fight for your life and survive!

Our program is the most effective form of self-defense because we are able to make the attacks feel as real as possible. We do this by creating the adrenaline rush that you get in a real attack and training you to defend yourself verbally and physically under this condition. Controlling the adrenaline rush is the key ingredient to effective self-defense. Adrenaline makes you faster and stronger, but it can also make you freeze and stammer if you cannot control it. It can be your best friend or your worst enemy. We will make it your best friend!
