From there, Charlotte Andrews of The Lotus W.E.L.L. will lead a plant therapy sneak peek, guiding guests through the benefits of plant-based practices and a hands-on potpourri-making experience so they can create something sensory and grounding to take home.We’ll then shift into financial wellness with coach Leslie Reis, who will break down the fundamentals of financial literacy and how money management is deeply connected to our overall wellbeing.
