Guided Journaling & Reflection
Winter calls us to turn within, to honour endings, and to dream of what is yet to come. Through guided journaling, you will be invited to reflect on the past year, acknowledge your journey, and set intentions for the return of longer days and fresh possibilities.

Meditation & Sound Bath Ceremony
Our final ritual will be a meditative sound bath, where the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes will carry you into a deep state of rest and renewal. In the sacred stillness of midwinter, we honour the darkness while welcoming the promise of returning light.
