HTR Rope Rescue Level 1

The Eastern Shore Regional Fire Training Center is pleased to announce a HTR Rope Rescue Operations Level 1 Course. The course will be held on March 21st ,22nd, 28th and 29th at the Eastern Shore Regional Fire Training Center.

1. Student must be 18 years of age.

2. Successful completion of Virginia Department of Fire Programs Introduction to Technical Rescue 202I ed.

3. Affiliation with a fire and/or rescue agency.

4. Student shall be psychologically, physically, and medically capable to perform assigned duties functions at technical search and rescue incidents and to perform training exercises in

with ofNFPA 1500 Standard on Fire Department Occupational Safety and Health Program,

10-Medical and Physical Requirements.

5. Students must review and complete all pre-course material that is provided on Cornerstone for

Rope Rescue Operations.
