What to expect on the trail
Scenery: Spectacular views of the gorge and Werribee River, and sections of river walking along sandy beaches.
Terrain: A mix of steady walking and challenging parts, including steep ascents and descents.
Note: Challenging section: A tricky section with a rope to help navigate rocks along the river-track. If you are not confident in supporting your own weight laterally on ropes, or confident with rocks, please reassess if this is right for you.
Important things to note
Dogs are not allowed: on the trail.
Swimming is possible: in the river, but the water can be cold.

- Older kids are possible however I don't recommend for under 14.
