The sacral chakra is the center of emotion, movement, pleasure, creativity, sensuality, and the ability to feel safe inside our own bodies. But for many of us, this part of our system was shaped in childhood by touch deprivation, emotional inconsistency, guilt, neglect, overstimulation, or the simple absence of feeling truly held and seen. These early experiences create lifelong patterns with receiving, intimacy, boundaries, desire, identity, and self-worth.

This transformational class guides you gently and safely back into relationship with your emotional body

In this workshop, you will:

• Explore how early experiences with touch, affection, guilt, and emotional mirroring shaped your sacral chakra

• Understand why you may struggle with receiving, pleasure, boundaries, or emotional clarity

• Learn how the nervous system stores childhood patterns in the body

• Reconnect with your natural sense of desire, creativity, and emotional truth

• Release shame, numbness, and self-abandonment patterns

• Experience guided somatic practices to awaken sensation and restore safety within your body

• Receive journal prompts and reflective exercises to help you integrate what emerges

• Participate in a restorative meditation designed to heal the inner child and reopen the sacral chakra

This is not a surface-level chakra class. It is a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware, somatic reconnection experience grounded in psychology, energy work, and spiritual healing. You will leave with a deeper understanding of yourself, a softened body, and practical tools you can use every day

Stacy Preece, IMAC 

Stacy Preece is a trauma-informed spiritual life coach, intuitive guide, and co-founder of The Divine Path, specializing in nervous system regulation, somatic grounding, and chakra-based healing.

She blends spiritual insight with practical, trauma-aware tools to help clients break long-standing patterns, reclaim their power, and reconnect with a felt sense of safety in their bodies.

Her teachings draw from Dharma principles, intuitive development, somatic psychology, meditation, and Eastern Body/Western Mind philosophy.

Stacy is known in the Space Coast community for her sunrise beach meditations, her compassionate presence, and her ability to translate deep healing concepts into simple, embodied practices.
