Our trauma-informed chakra program begins at the ground level — the Root Chakra (Muladhara) — the energy center of safety, stability, and trust in life itself.

Guided by Eastern Body Western Mind by Anodea Judith, with insights from Dr. Gabor Maté (When the Body Says No) and Dr. Bessel van der Kolk (The Body Keeps the Score), this workshop integrates somatic awareness, gentle movement, and mindful discussion to help participants explore how early experiences of attachment, abandonment, and survival have shaped their sense of security in the world.

Through guided meditation, grounding practices, and experiential inquiry, we reconnect body and spirit — rebuilding the inner foundation that trauma once fractured.

This series is designed for seekers, survivors, and professionals who wish to understand healing not as a concept, but as a lived experience inside the body.

Hi I’m Stacy Preece, a Spiritual Life Coach and I teach Intuitive Development. I believe everyone is intuitive and many people just don’t have the language or structure to understand exactly how brilliant they really are! Many of us have been called “crazy” and shamed for our gifts. This class will be another tool on your path to reclaiming your right to be here and learning to stand in your authentic self.

Walking this path of trauma, healing and recovery from many issues in my life I have found looking at my healing from this perspective has helped me tremendously. I hope it helps you too.
