The event aims to raise vital funds for children and adults profoundly impacted by autism and their families, via charity Giant Steps.  Inspired by the iconic Empire State Building Run-Up, the Rialto Run-Up was the first stair climbing event in Australia, originally taking place in the late 1980s, which quickly became an annual event. This year, participants will ascend the towering 54 floors of the Rialto Building in a challenge of stamina, endurance and community spirit, finishing on the 55th floor.
