Nev is a community-engaged mental health services researcher, with an interdisciplinary academic background in social and political philosophy, community psychology and medical anthropology.Nev's keynote will explore practical examples of participant-directed outcome measures in action, examining how different services and programs have successfully implemented participant-led evaluation frameworks, and the impact this has had on service quality, participant satisfaction, and meaningful outcomes.After, our panellists will join Nev to give their unique perspectives on this topic, and take questions from the audience - both in person and virtually.
