We’ll meet from 3 - 5 pm on the last Sunday of each month, March 29 - May 31, for a 3 session commitment! Drop ins are welcome however, attending all three sessions is recommended for the full experience, as each session builds on the last. The reflection portion comes from my Mano Wellness Coaching program, designed to support deeper integration, and personal growth.
Each 2 hour session includes:
Mat work or vinyasa flow (depending on how we feel that day, no music!)
Guided journaling
Open discussion and reflection
Meditation (you guessed it, no music)
Take home practices to support the following month
What to Bring:
Water, yoga mat, comfy clothes, and a small snack
Printouts and pens will be provided
Optional: your own journal, paper calendar, or notebook
Please Note:
This retreat is digital free! Phones, iPads, and smartwatches will be kept in the lobby for the duration of the session.
Cost is $70 per session or $180 for all 3 sessions. (Payment plan available for $180 option. 2nd payment will be due 45 days after sign up or on 4/26/26, whichever comes first)
