'Last Shift'

After nearly five years at The Catfish - and nearly eight years with Kieran and Mike - it's time for me to say "smell you later" (it's never really goodbye at The Hotel Catfish).

It's been a rollercoaster: starting in the middle of Covid lockdowns and navigating our way through restrictions; celebrating the Catfish 10th birthday as well as yearly Pint of Origin and New Years' Day shenanigans; expanding the backbar (both upstairs and down) and creating an all-Australian cocktail list; trialling and failing and trying again on countless events and activations; making new friends who'll be with me for life...

There's still work to be done, but I'm making time for a few drinks. So stop on past to say hi and bye!
