Kong’s Kings are back again: bigger, better, and girthier than ever! We’ve got a massive festival-worthy lineup of drag kings and things coming your way, with performers from the original Kongs crew, all the way up to our newest emerging performers! Hosted by Bust Herr & Justin Sider (OG), Jesse Dean and Randy Roy, we’ll be celebrating not only the incredible range of drag that makes up Naarm’s thriving king and thing scene, but the history of Kong’s Kings itself. Come along for a night of bad boys, fancy fops, gender benders and more!
Kong’s Kings (or ‘Kongs’ as we’re affectionately known) was established in 2013, and has been subverting the expectations of drag performance from day one. Expect a wild and exciting range, from styles of drag, to performance disciplines, to expressions and representations of gender. Kings, things, queerdos - we’ve got them all!
Tickets on sale from 3 Jan at 10am. Earlybird tickets available until 5th Jan or until the allocation in exhausted.
