This gathering is a relaxed affair where the space will be open between 6:00pm-9:00pm in which people can come and go as they please. It's a chance to connect to community with cups of tea, chats and hugs. There will be opportunities to give and receive nourishing hugs and hand massages. Tash, your cuddle coach, will introduce the 'ask and wait' method of requesting and receiving hugs.
