We are teaming together to connect hearts!

This is a great way to celebrate and connect right before Mother's Day :)

What does connection feel like…
and how do we express it when words aren’t enough?

This class explores the relationships that shape us—past or present—through guided creative expression.

This may be:

A parent and child
A meaningful relationship
A connection you’re healing, exploring, or honoring
Or something you choose to reflect on individually

No artistic experience is needed.

This is not a traditional art class.
It’s a guided experience that blends:

Creative expression
Emotional awareness
Simple tools to support relaxation and clarity

Together, we’ll create a symbolic piece (two parts forming a whole) that reflects connection, perspective, and personal meaning.

You’ll leave with:

Your own artwork
A deeper understanding of your internal experience
Tools you can continue to use beyond the class
