🌿 Grow on Country – Day Retreat | Sunday 30th November
This is going to be something truly special.
We’ll begin the day with a powerful Smoking Ceremony, grounding us in the spirit of Murrayfield, Bruny Island. From there, we’ll flow into Wayapa Wuurrk, a unique earth-based mindfulness practice that reconnects us to land, body and spirit.
Before lunch will take us deep with 9D Breathwork – Healing Ancestral Lines.
This immersive journey will create space for profound release and connection, inviting you to let go of what no longer serves and begin the process of deep integration.

‘Healing Ancestral Lines’ can be one of the deeper 9D offerings. For the most supportive experience, it is recommended that you attend an another 9D session beforehand. Please reach out if you’d like to discuss which option may be right for you.
