What to expect… optional sharing circle, restorative yoga, reiki and distant reiki, meditation, breathwork, sound instruments, angel and tarot cards.

The session is a safe space for you to share as little or as much as you like about your loved one(s).

Just bring your lovely self, a yoga mat, a photo of your loved one(s)/ an object which belonged to your loved one(s).
