# Event Details - **Event Name**: Founders Flight School - **Event Start and End Date**: Thu, 19 Nov, 2026 at 09:00 am – Fri, 20 Nov, 2026 at 05:00 pm (+11:00) - **Event Description**: The neuroscience-based manual nobody handed you for running yourself. Two days, twelve founders, your own brain and biology data. Let's go!About this EventWelcome to Founders Flight School!Nobody's company fails because the idea wasn't good enough. It fails because of the fear that's quietly setting your pricing. Because "I have to do it myself" became an org chart. Because three months of broken sleep cost you the hardest decision of the year, and you'll never know which one it was. You've been taught to build a product, raise a round, hire a team and read a P&L. Fair chance nobody has taught you what to do when your own internal dialogue and nervous system becomes the bottleneck.Founder Flight School is two days on the person running the company — built on your own brain, biology and environmental data, the neuroscience of high performance, and the business psychology that decides whether a good idea and business strategy survives its founder.BEFORE YOU ARRIVEA full EEG brain scan, report and debrief. A Garmin wearable, issued four weeks out and yours to keep. A biomarker blood panel. DNA and epigenetic testing where you choose to include it. And a 60-minute one-to-one with Hannah to set clear goals and outcomes for the two days to maximise you investment and personal transformation experience.DAY ONE — PRE-FLIGHT CHECKThe founder brain. Your EEG, debriefed. The founder body: sleep, HRV, energy and the levers that move them. Limiting beliefs and schemas. Core fears, and what each one is costing you. Founders' dinner.DAY TWO — FLIGHT PLANValues and the needs that actually drive you. The social brain and getting you out of your own way — the patterns everyone else is noticing before you do. Narratives and founder identity. Decisions under pressure. Breaking it all down, before we build it all up. Designing the life you want to live and how the company sits inside. Your 90-day flight plan.AFTERWARDSA closing 60-minute one-to-one within two weeks. A day 30 check-in with your cohort. A day 90 re-score. Twelve months in the founder alumni network, with quarterly dinners.THE ROOMTwelve founders. Mixed stage, mixed sector, no direct competitors, vetted by application. Funded founders from pre-seed to Series B, bootstrapped operators, and co-founder pairs. Founders don't lack advice — they lack a room where they can say the true version out loud without it turning up in a board pack and really dig deep into what's holding you back.WHAT'S INCLUDEDBoth facilitated days · pre-workshop and closing one-to-one coaching sessions · EEG scan, report and debrief · biomarker blood panel · Garmin wearable for you to keep · founder workbook and personalised plan · all catering and the founders' dinner · day 30 and day 90 follow-up · twelve months in the alumni network.INVESTMENTFounding cohort — $5,950 + GST. Then we go underneath it, to the beliefs you inherited and the fears that have been setting your pricing and costing you in more ways than one.Twelve founders, one honest room. You'll leave thinking better, feeling better and operating better across the four systems that decide your performance: brain, biology, business, and the environment you've built around them.Bring your courage and get ready for your human operating system upgrade!Leave with your own numbers, a solid support and founder network, and a supercharged ninety-day plan. You won't leave the room same version of yourself as you walked in with.
