About The Facilitator:

Monique Elouise is an experienced Energy Healing Master as well as a Yoga & Reiki Teacher, working

with a range of energies and modalities to ensure clients needs are met within treatments.

With a background in traditional yoga therapy, meditation, and kundalini, she understands deeply how energy can effect the being in a multitude of ways, and how additions such as light and intentional healing can speed up the process to balance the chakras and release unwanted energy emotions and limiting self beliefs. She enjoys teaching, healing, research, writing, and traveling to ancient energy centres of the world.

Things

to note:

Monique's home based studio provides a warm safe environment for energy work. Please bring a pendulum or let me know if you would like to buy one in advance for $20. A journal is recommended if you want to take

notes of things that came up in your session/set intentions as are any familiar personal items that will aid you in feeling grounded (crystals pendulums etc).

Arrival: Endeavour to arrive sharply for 1:50-2:00pm when the door will be answered. I may be in client sessions prior to this and ask that you be respectful of their individual journeys allowing some space and therefore won't be able to open the event space earlier. To preserve the experience for all involved doors will close at 2:05pm at the latest so we can start our journey. I ask that you find understanding and consideration for the timebound nature of the container and make every effort to arrive on time.

Driving: Please ask for the house number in advance if I have not given it to you already though my sign will be out on the street on the day also. For privacy reasons I don't like to share this on a public platform as I'm sure you can understand.

transport - train: Hampton train station is approximately a 15 minute walk from Anahata Reiki & Wellness (please see this location via Google Maps) and there are buses that arrive close to this

location on South Road also depending on where you are coming from.
