OPENING MORE - KNOWING LESS
I wonder what helps me to have more options available in my dancing ? … and through that less the feeling of always doing the same but instead feeling more free.
There is a technical side to it. Our nervous system intuitively avoids the direction backwards and upside down. Let’s go there!
From a somatic angle I want to notice where we can soften core holding patterns, like in the breath, the upper neck and the hip joints. Can we notice these limitations generously as a first step towards opening up for more, while not knowing what that is?
I also like to play with some strategies around the use of our eyes, that lure me out of the comfortable known. A bit like tricking the body and the mind to know less about what's going to happen next.
Next to these rather practical offers for ‚opening more & knowing less’ I am deeply curios about the state of mind (& heart) that allows more inner spaciousness and makes us truly available for what the moment is asking for?
