An informal and welcoming Q&A session where parents can speak directly with a child and adolescent therapist about wellbeing, emotional regulation, behaviour, and available support pathways.

All involved are fully DBS checked, and the workshops uphold our safeguarding standards.

This workshop will be led by Tina at Messy Minds, in collaboration with Outside Of The Box. It is a part of the Lanterns Project, for which Outside of the Box CIC was awarded a grant by NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough and the Assura Community Fund.
