A Sound Bath is a soothing experience that uses vibrational healing to calm the mind and nurture the soul. Sound Therapy not only relaxes but also helps clear blocked energy, offering relief from stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, sleep problems, multiple sclerosis, pain, and autism. Instruments are usually played from one spot, though sometimes they’re moved over the body. Loose, comfy clothes are best, along with a mat, blanket, and cushion for warmth and comfort though mats may be provided. No experience is needed everyone is welcome.
