Elke maand nodigen we iemand uit voor een zangcirkel en dat in combinatie met een heerlijke biologische, plantaardige maaltijd. Op vrijdag 20 maart komt Mieke Polfliet voor de derde keer met ons zingen.

Ongedwongen samen zingen, vanuit verbinding en plezier, is zowat het leukste wat er is. Wanneer we samen zingen, gaan onze harten kloppen op dezelfde hartslag. We 'landen' in ons lichaam en in ons gevoel. Doordat we dieper ademen, komt er meer ontspanning en kunnen we zakken van hoofd naar hart.
Dat kan je aan den lijve komen ervaren in deze zangcirkel met Mieke.
Tijdens deze avond zingen we eenvoudige liederen uit alle windstreken. Vrolijke liederen, actieve liederen met dans en beweging, mantra's en rustige ontspannende songs. Je hebt geen geschoolde zangstem nodig om mee te zingen, iedereen is welkom! Je hoeft alleen jezelf (en je stem) mee te brengen, en veel goesting om samen te zingen.
Mieke Polfliet is ritueelbegeleider, soundhealer en lesgever met een passie voor zingen. Klank en zang lopen als een rode draad door haar leven en werk. Ze volgde een opleiding tot soundhealer bij de International Association of Sound Therapy en verdiepte zich in natuurstem, mantra's en healing voice. Momenteel begeleidt ze cursussen Stembevrijding, klankhealings en klankrelaxaties, zang- en mantracirkels, vrouwencirkels, workshops en retreats in binnen- en buitenland.
Mieke maakte deel uit van de a-capellagroep Keruna, die 2 cd's uitbracht. Samen met Michele Averard maakte ze in 2021 het muziekalbum 'The Way of the Heart - Songs & Mantras to Raise Your Frequency and Celebrate Life'.
Wat haar intens gelukkig maakt, is zien hoe mensen de weg terugvinden naar hun authentieke klank en expressie, en zo veerkrachtiger in het leven staan.

Han kookt met aandacht en liefde een heerlijke maaltijd. Ze kiest voor plantaardig (vegan), biologisch en zo veel mogelijk seizoensgebonden, lokaal en verpakkingsvrij.

Every month we invite someone to hold a singing circle in combination with a delicious organic plantbased meal. On Friday 20th of March Mieke Polfliet will come and sing with us for the third time.

Singing together freely, from connection and pleasure, is one of the best things there is. When we sing together, our hearts start beating in the same rhythm. We ‘land’ into our body and into our senses. Because we breath more deeply, relaxation comes in and we move from our head into our heart.
We invite you to experience this in our singing circle with Mieke.
During this evening we sing simple songs from all directions. Happy songs, active songs with dance and movement, mantra’s and peaceful relaxing songs. You don’t need an educated singing voice to sing along, every body is welcome! You only need to bring yourself (and your voice), and a big desire to sing together.
Mieke Polfliet is a ritual guide, soudhealer and teacher with a passion for singing. Sound and singing are a common thread in her life and work. She followed a soundhealer course at the International Association of Sound Therapy and studied natural voice, mantra’s and healing voice. For the moment she guides courses of voice liberation, soundhealing and sound relaxation, singing- and mantra circles, women circles, workshops and retreats in Belgium and abroad.
Mieke was part of the a capella group Keruna, releasing two cd’s. Together with Michele Averard she made in 2021 the music album ‘The Way of the Heart – Songs & Mantras to Raise Your Frequency and Celebrate Life’.
Witnessing how people find their way back to authentic sound and expression, gaining resilience, is what makes her intensively happy.
