Locals? We’re doing a workshop at ellen j goods… you’ll make 2 Snow-globe ornaments using fun techniques with decoupage and Pentart Finishes .

The Photo depicts examples of styles and finish options. You will have access to multiple papers for decoupage so you can create your own personal style ornaments.
