As the season of gratitude unfolds, gift yourself the space to slow down and simply receive.
This restorative Yin + Reiki experience invites you to release holiday tension, soften the body, and open the heart.

What to expect:
• Gentle, supported Yin postures for deep rest (Poses held 5-8 mins
• Hands-on or distance Reiki for energetic healing
• A guided meditation to shift from doing to being
• Time to recharge your nervous system before the busy season ahead
• Optional tea and reflection to close
All levels welcome. No prior experience with Reiki or Yin needed — just bring yourself and an open heart..

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to gently open the body, calm the mind, and restore balance to the nervous system.
