Part 1: Intention Setting for 2026
Begin your new year with intention and clarity. In this immersive and creative workshop, you’ll be guided through a mindful journey to envision and align with your highest path for the year ahead.
✨ Together, we’ll explore 12 core areas of life, identifying meaningful goals and desires for each.
✨ Through introductory hands-on creative activities, grounding movement, and mindful breathwork, we’ll begin the process of transforming those intentions into action.
✨ You'll leave with a take-home toolkit filled with resources to help you continue crafting your Intentional Year, along with techniques designed to keep you grounded and connected through every season.
You’ll be supported with:
✔️ Seasonal sadhanas to help realign throughout the year
✔️ Techniques honed through years of mindful practice
✔️ Tools for creating balance, purpose, and flow

•	Coffee, tea, and water
•	Crystal to take home
•	“How-to” Intentional Year Toolkit

•	Grounding movement + breathwork
