Polar Bear Run

Polar Bear Run — January 24 at LETRA

Kick off 2026 with a frosty challenge at Lake Elmer Thomas Recreation Area. Join us on January 24 at 10 AM for the Fort Sill Family & MWR Polar Bear Run, featuring a 1-mile run/walk and a 5K run/ruck suitable for all fitness levels. This run features an option DIVE into Lake Elmer Thomas after completion.

Registration is $45, or $55 on or after December 26.
Registration includes a beanie, T-shirt, beach towel, bib, medal, and a ruck patch for ruck participants. Finisher medals connect with others in the Fort Sill 2026 Run Series.

This event is open to the public.
