- **Event Description**: I am excited to partner with Kayla of HappyMoonYogi to bring the community a youth yoga and emotional regulation class! This class is a fun and relaxing class to help regulate and balance the body and mind. Participants will also learn valuable emotional regulation skills. This class is for ages 12-17 and written parent/guardian permission will be needed to participate. Please bring a water and mat/yoga mat if you have one. Kayla will also be teaching us how to make intention ornaments for the season!
