Stillness and Numbers
A +1 Project with YogaRevolution & Miller’s Emporium
Join YogaRevolution and Miller's Emporium for the next +1 Project! An afternoon designed to slow down, connect, and explore meaning, both on and off the mat.
We’ll begin with a 60-minute Candlelight Rest & Restorative yoga practice at YogaRevolution. This gentle, fully supported class is themed around heart openers and stillness, offering space to soften, rest, and reconnect. No prior yoga experience is required. This practice is accessible, grounding, and intentionally slow.
Following yoga, we’ll walk together across the street to Miller’s Emporium to continue the experience with heart-centered tea and a numerology session, inviting reflection, curiosity, and conversation in a warm, welcoming environment.
The +1 Project is about building community by bringing people together, who may be curious about yoga, numerology, or simply trying something new. Come on your own, bring a friend, or be someone’s +1.

Investment & Registration
This is a collaborative event and fees are collected separately by each host:
• Yoga at YogaRevolution
$25 + GST drop-in,
YogaRevolution punch pass and active memberships may be used.
Booking and payment are completed through YogaRevolution.
• Numerology at Miller’s Emporium
$20 + GST per person
Payment is collected directly by Miller’s Emporium during the event.
Advance registration is recommended, as there is limited space.
Stillness and Numbers is an invitation to pause, connect, and explore together.
