The Evening Flow
We begin with an intentional opening ritual, creating a sense of safety, presence, and grounding. As the evening unfolds, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative state through group Reiki energy healing and Hemi-Sync meditation.
Reiki flows gently through the space, supporting relaxation, energetic balance, and release. The Hemi-Sync soundscape helps quiet the mind, deepen awareness, and invite a sense of inner peace.
Listen, Reflect & Receive
As the meditation music continues and Reiki energy flows, you’ll be invited into a moment of quiet reflection. By candlelight, you’ll journal whatever wishes to arise—whether a word, feeling, image, or stream of thoughts.
There is no right or wrong way to do this. This gentle practice supports integration, clarity, and deeper self-connection.
