We are exciited to introduce Laurie Pollard as our co-host bringing a fresh new vibration to our FALL RETREAT!   Along with Laurie's expertiece in physical health and wellness, you will experience other fresh new faces eager to share their knowledge, abilities and modalities to help you reconnect with your body, expand your breath and flow with the wisdom of Autumn! 

While we welcome fresh new faces, our foundational team members Jamie Hammel, and Rene Vanderham will be in attendance to offer personalized sessions.

Our fall transformational retreat is a sanctuary for those seeking renewal through movement, breath and mindful nourishment. Our Fall retreat is a curated journey of healing and empowerment blending ancient wisdom with modern wellness practices:  

YOGA AND QIGONG - to reawaken the body with flowing, intentional movement; 
BREATHWORK & MEDITATION - ground your energy and open new space within; 
SOUND HEALING - helps you find your inner harmony through vibration and frequency; 
FOREST BATHING & MINDFULNESS - soak in the healing power of nature; 
RELEASE & EXPRESS - through through dance and flow.  
NOURISH YOUR BODY - learn the importance of gut health and create your own cultured vegetables to take home

Each moment is designed to help you move, flow and breathe in alignment with your true self!
